5-year adjustable rate loans fall for third straight week

  • Interest rates on 5-year adjustable rate refinancing loans averaged 3.17%, down from 3.31% the week before and 3.20% a year ago. Interest rates for this term hit their lowest level in 2021 in the week of November 22, when they stood at 2.41%.
